Whether you're a council tenant, leaseholder, homeowner or private tenant, Loconomy are here to provide independent advice and information, helping you understand what's happening, ask questions, explore your options and make informed decisions.

Who we are

Loconomy has been appointed to provide an independent advice and information service for residents living within the Druids Heath regeneration area.

The Druids Heath Regeneration is being led through a partnership of Birmingham City Council and Lovell. We're here to help you understand the regeneration, explain information in plain English and make sure you know how to get involved and have your say.

Our service is free, impartial and open to everyone, whatever your views about the regeneration.

We support:

✓ Council tenants
✓ Leaseholders
✓ Homeowners
✓ Private tenants

Whatever your views on the regeneration, we're here to provide independent advice and information so you can make informed decisions.

What does "independent" mean?

We don't make decisions about the regeneration.

We don't represent Birmingham City Council.

We don't represent Lovell, the developer.

We won't tell you what to think.

We will:

✓ Explain information clearly
✓ Answer your questions honestly
✓ Help you understand your options
✓ Help you take part confidently
✓ Make sure your views can be heard

How can we help?

Explain what the regeneration proposals mean

Listen to your questions and concerns

Support you to understand your options

Connect you with the right people

Inform you about what's happening and what comes next

We can't:

  • Make decisions for the Council
  • Provide legal advice
  • Decide housing allocations
  • Negotiate compensation
