Druids Heath Vision

Shaping the Vision

Through events, surveys, door-to-door visits and much more, over 1,000 residents continue to share their vision for Druids Heath. This engagement is delivered through a Community Charter - our commitment to ensuring all local people can get involved and feel empowered to do so.

Get to know Lovell

Lovell is a national developer delivering high-quality, affordable homes and regeneration projects that create local opportunity.

The Lovell Way is to always do the right thing. This means leaving a lasting legacy in Druids Heath by listening to local people and placing them at the heart of every decision. It's about creating local jobs, apprenticeships and community initiatives, so residents can shape the future of the estate.

Lovell are already making a difference in Birmingham. Working with youth homelessness charity St Basils, they launched 'We’ve Got You' - an initiative to support young care leavers to gain access to training, jobs and a safe place to live. Lovell also led the first Birmingham Housing Week in 2024, giving residents a stronger voice in shaping their communities.
