It’s time to have your say on the Druids Heath regeneration plans, as the public consultation is now open.

All of the submissions from the original consultation will still be included, but this is your chance to give your thoughts on the latest outline planning application.
Some key changes to be aware of this time:
- The number of social rented homes has now gone up from 11.4% to 20%
- New and improved public spaces, like parks and play areas
Local households will have received information in the post, explaining how and when you can take part. Display notices are also visible around the estate with more information.
We understand that the planning process can feel complex. To help you get involved, we’re working with Planning Aid England and Loconomy. They are on hand to help people learn more about the plans and support anyone who would like to submit comments.
Following an drop-in event earlier this month, a further free session will take place on Tuesday, 29th September for residents who would like independent advice and information about the proposals and the planning process. Drop in from 11am to 3pm at Manningford Hall, Bells Lane, B14 5TJ. No appointment needed.
The formal 30-day consultation will now close on Monday, 19th October. This is because some residents received their consultation letters later than others. The new closing date makes sure everyone has at least 30 days to look at the proposals and have their say.
